Eduardo is a pro in every sense of the word. His lettering refinement is superb, I so had to chat with him and get some insight of how he does things. His is truly going places and I’m so happy to be associated with.

Can you tell us a little about yourself?

Hey! My name is Eduardo Morgan, 24 years old. I am a letterer and graphic designer based in Mexico. Obsessed with the perfection of the letters and the beauty of the curves.

How you first got involved into lettering?
The idea of making a living through something I love to do, led me to the tattoos, the t-shirts, and the street art… and then to the art of draw letters.
What are your influences/Inspiration?
American typographer Herb Lubalin is my biggest influence, his work is really incredible. And absolutely my main source of inspiration is the culture in the streets in Mexico. See the street art and all the sign paintings, visually feeds me every day.
How would describe your lettering style?

I Really don’t have a style, I try to give the most quality in every project. Maybe my style is close to the graffiti and the brush script.

What do you do when you aren’t working on your not hand lettering?

It’s normal. I enjoy the party and spending time with my family, play soccer with my friends. You know.

Is there anything new we can expect from you in the future?
My dream is create my own clothing brand. Maybe work on large-scale murals. That would be great.
Meanwhile I still enjoy every step of my career into the art of the hand lettering.
