A BRAND IDENTITY WILL HELP THE PEOPLE IN THE SOUND OF OUR VOICE UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR COMPANY IS ABOUT.
The first step to building a strong brand is declaring what your “Statements” are. Create Specifics!!
Vision Statement: What would you like your company to become in the future?
This is a gradual progression. So be open to evolve.
Mission Statement: What is the purpose of the company?
Why are you doing this? Is this just for money, fame, to help or a passion you can’t turn off?
The goal is to create a filter to see if everything your company does lines up with your BRAND.
What is Your Brand’s Personality Treat? If your brand was a person, how would you describe their personality?
Are you lighthearted and fun?
Are you serious and all-business?
Are you down-to-earth?
- Not All The Above (Pick One). I don’t want to seem schizophrenic. A business with multiple personalities.
Who is out Target Audience?
People think I can just create an all inclusive kind of company. “I just do everything!” Every successful person or brand out there started with one thing. Disney, Ralph Lauren, Apple, Michael Jordan, Facebook, Google and list go on. We see them now in their successful state and think that’s what we should be doing starting out. Look at their beginning and you’ll see.
Find what matters to them, not what matters to your brand.
What are the strengths of your audience?
